About Me

I moved to Los Angeles in 2022 from Boston, MA, in pursuit to build a better tomorrow. Growing up, I always knew that I wanted to help people, and entrepreneurship is where I found I could make a significant impact.

When I was not nursing my childhood dream to become a backup singer for Beyoncé, I was working towards a career in international business law with a double major in Political Science, Spanish, and a minor in Entrepreneurial studies at a small liberal arts college in Upstate, NY. During my studies, I served as Class President, the first openly queer person of color as a fraternity president, lived and studied abroad in Spain, and became the first in my immediate family to graduate college.

In search of stability, I quickly returned to Boston after graduation to start my employment at Wellington Management, a top private asset management firm with over $1 trillion in assets under management. While working in the finance industry, I realized that what I was missing from my life was work that was fulfilling. The social injustice and pandemic in 2020 reminded me that everyone in the world deserves to feel supported. It was at this moment that I conceived the idea for Diall.
